The titanium alloy 45° elbow is extruded from our TIHRJ factory with high quality 1mm thin-walled pure titanium. TIHRJ's elbows are the lightest and highest quality elbows on the market. Each elbow is individually extruded and ultrasonically cleaned. By utilizing our proprietary extrusion process, the TIHRJ plant eliminates the difficulty and potential material waste that comes with trying to bend your own titanium tubes. Our titanium elbows bend perfectly every time without any wrinkles. When chamfering becomes too time-consuming, these elbows dramatically reduce the manufacturing time required to produce a complete titanium exhaust system.
