Prototype manufacture
1.The prototype is used to test the structure of new developing product. You also can make small order for early product promotion sale.
2. Material for prototypes: ABS, PC, PMMA, POM, PVC, PA, aluminum, steel, brass, etc.
3.Surface treatment: painting, powder coating, frosted surface, anodizing, electroplating, metal texture, matt surface, etc.
4.Time: generally 5-10 days to finish one set or single prototype.
5. The tolerance of prototypes: +/-0.05-0.1mm.
